About Pittenweem New Town Hall
Situated near the village centre, ample car parking. Close to main bus route. Seating for 120. Kitchen facilities with urn, fridge, and large cooker. Stage with new curtains. New central heating system fitted. We supply tables and chairs. We have music, entertainment and market traders licences. Health and Hygiene certificate for kitchen. We have had wedding receptions, wedding anniversary parties, funeral parties and many other events.
We have monthly indoor boot sales, quarterly quiz night and some entertainment nights to help raise funds for the hall. We are part of the Pittenweem Arts Festival which runs for 10 days at beginning of August every year. We also have regular users for indoor bowls, art classes, keep fit, Community Council and other regular business meetings.
The hall toilets were completley renewed back in 2020-21 during Covid. The hall lost its old water tower and several of the back buildings and are now all under the one pitched roof. This has made a difference to both heating and accoustics.
