About Holmfirth Civic Hall
The iconic Hall has two main halls, the Large Hall and Lesser Hall, plus various other rooms to hire by community groups, individuals or businesses. The premises are licensed and suitable for a full range of activities, special events or celebrations. Our Bookings Team can provide details of a number of frequent user and special event packages to suit all budgets. Holmfirth Civic Hall has excellent disabled access and is located on the main Huddersfield Road approaching Holmfirth town centre, with good parking facilities close by.
The Hall can accommodate anything from a small meeting for 6 up to a 320 seat capacity concert. Our facilities include portable licensed bar, disabled access, lift to all floors and toilet facilities, induction loop available on request in advance, stages in both large and lesser halls, stage lighting and sound system, technical assistance is available on request and car parking is available near by. A bar service is available when hiring the Large or Lesser Hall. Please note ALL provision of alcohol must be arranged through the Holmfirth Civic Hall Community Trust (HCHCT) approved list of licensees. Catering services are also available - from the HCHCT approved list.
