I found the team to be really experienced from planning to the big day. The decor and asian catering was high quality. Management have a real passion in their work. I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Some have already asked for their details.

I attended an event at this hall but was dissapointed at how terrible the manager and staff were. They did not have any respect for the people in attendance and tried to embarrass us even when we had to leave well before the stipulated time in the contract. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice venue however the customer service was atrocious. The manager and staff ruined the end of my Aunties 50th event by bringing security to remove guests BEFORE the finishing time. They implemented ‘policies’ they had not disclosed prior to booking just so they could steal the £500 deposit all due to the ‘vendor took to long to clear up’. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to deal with rude receptionists that dont know how to keep track of agreements made over the phone, and managers with poor communication skill.

Beautiful place. BUT...They lied about Deposit and charges. They wouldn't return it. The management shouldn't be greedy. Greediness Kills business. Next stop Social media.

I booked this hall and paid a security deposit, which was to be returned. I have called them several times to know when it will be refunded and they have been evasive. They keep saying they will work on it but nothing yet not even a date on when to expect a refund. This I find to be very unprofessional and dishonest.
