Well, I will begin by thanking you for allowing me use your fantastic hall.
Overall, it was a great hall and good environment.
My little concern is that, the person hiring the hall should be shown around a lot more and make them familiar with the surroundings. E mails, like in my case was not as concrete as it intended to be.
I had to call out one of the caretakers to switch on the heating, pull open the stage, switch stage lights on etc. If there is someone on site to help settle in the guest, it might be a more plausible technique.
