The Others

We are a multifunctional events venue with a large, open room that's perfect for meetings, rehearsals, workshops and talks. Situated on the top floor of a warehouse building, we provide an informal setting with free tea and coffee and wifi, sound & music equipment – including electric piano and backline.              

The Others is available to hire as Studio Space 24/7 - minimum 3 hours

£10 per hour for band rehearsal                         

£15 per hour for performance rehearsal / workshops

All other uses P.O.A.

Discounts are available for regular/block bookings

All equipment is included in the hire fee                 

Acoustics, Light & Space

The Others has been acoustically treated for an excellent live sound and is used by many musicians for recording as well as TV, film, photographic shoots, theatre and dance.

There is excellent natural light from north and south facing 2.2m high windows running the length of the building, (black-able).

The space (furniture, equipment, lights) can easily be arranged to suit your purpose
