Four rooms to hire over two floors with shared use of the first floor Rymarz Gallery (not bookable). A lift is available to access the first floor.
Rooms can be booked through until 10:30pm Sunday to Friday and midnight on Saturdays. Regular hirers receive a discount and corporate hirers pay higher charges. All rates published include VAT.
Ground floor Stafford Hall has sprung floor and two kitchens, both with servery hatch to hall. One kitchen will have limited access if a bar is provided.
Tables in two different sizes and chairs provided. A stack-a-stage can be used at no additional charge, but you have to hire the room for additional set up time. There are ten pieces approx 1m square, go to http://stackastage.com/
First floor has three carpeted rooms with shared use of a small kitchen and the gallery.

The car park is shared with the recreational ground
AV, air-con & free wi-fi included. No charges for extras but refundable damage deposit required. One month's notice required to cancel a booking without a charge, except for larger bookings which may require two month's notice. Sorry no card payment facility.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Sunday to Friday 8am to 10:30pm & Saturday 8am to midnight
Hire Costs: Flat fee structure with no surcharges for weekends, evenings and bank hols. Smallest room £18 for four hours through to largest room £64 for four hours. Corporate Hirers pay higher rates (£28 to £88 for four hours) and a series of bookings will attract a discount (£14 to £54 for four hours) All rates include VAT and are due one month before the event.
