From the initial phone enquiry to leaving the venue, Danny, Pascale and their team could not have made more effort for our event to succeed. The room was comfortable, roomy and well lit. Plenty of sturdy tables and chairs, the equipment worked well with no connectivity problems. The lunches provided were tasty and homemade. A terrific venue with free parking for delegates. We will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant place, so friendly and accommodating, everything I need to run my classes. Fantastic communication at all times. Heart of the community, can’t recommend enough.

I find The Hub an excellent facility and it is always my preferred option when delivering training courses. The staff are very helpful in assisting me set up technical equipment and everything always runs very smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue to others.

Great venue to hold my Social Media course alongside the WEA. Laptop's that were provided had no issues, though WIFI could be more reliable for future classes. Look forward to working with the Merstham Hub in the future, running further courses. Many thanks to Pascale for helping me get settled and providing everything I needed to know about the room/venue.

Pascale was so helpful throughout the booking stage and also throughout the day we booked the venue. We booked the large room for some training and this was layed out for us just the way we asked when we arrived. It was clean and bright we will definitely be back. :)

Excellent venue for training, good lighting, adequate space for a group of 18 people, toilet facilities right outside the training room, easy parking, cafe attached with a good selection of hot meals and snacks and extremely helpful staff. The whole venue had a warm feel to it and I felt part of the community I was visiting.

Thank you for the use of the double activity room and all your assistance on the day. It was a lovely large bright space with plenty of chairs and tables. The tables were light to move which was great for all the activities required for the day. It was great participants could make use of the cafe etc in the breaks too.

I have used the lovely IT suite several times for six week courses. It is a flexible, bright space with outside sunlight, opening window and temperature control when needed. Plenty of laptops are provided, including access to a large screen for the Trainers' device. All are set up and supported by the technical staff. In fact all staff are very helpful and polite, and as a result, my delegates have been completely put at ease and have refreshments to enjoy! Nothing seems too much to ask of the centre administrator. Thank you Pascale.

I use the activity room regularly to facilitate music groups for children and their parents. It is a great space, is the perfect size for around 10 energetic little ones and their parents. This room can also be opened out to a bigger space, utilising the ICT suite next door. Great for parties and bigger events. The room is clean, bright and modern. The community centre staff are all very friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance in the room. Highly recommend this space.

I teach a weekly yoga class in the activity room and I am very happy with it, as are the students. It is a bright and modern room with plenty of natural light. The underfloor heating is lovely for a yoga class during the winter months. It is great teaching in the hub, which is a community building and benefits from a range of other services such as the library and community cafe. The process of booking and paying for the room has been very straightforward.

I run a Paracise exercise class every Monday. It is a light and airy room which accommodates up to 15 people. It is always prepared for me just as I want it and all my participants are very happy. The added bonus is going to the on site cafe for coffee and a chat afterwards.

A great venue which we keep coming back to. versatile rooms and access to IT suite and café. Staff are friendly and helpful and provide us with the equipment to deliver great workshops and courses.
