Rivenhall Primary School Hall

Rivenhall Primary School is a Grade II listed school building with lots of character, situated next to St Mary & All Saints Church, Rivenhall. The Hall is a later, more modern addition, with direct access to the school playing field and the school kitchen, which can also be hired. The Hall measures 100m2. The playing field has a tranquil view of open fields with grazing sheep and woods. Both the hall and large playing field are available for hire after school hours and on weekends to clubs and voluntary organisations that give benefit to the local community; commercially run clubs that offer benefit to the local community; and statutory bodies. We are also able to accommodate private events, please enquire for terms and conditions at the school office. We regret that we are not able to accommodate animals on site, with the exception of guide dogs.

Hire charges

The following charges are per hour. Pro rata charges will be made for part hours in 15 minute blocks:

Hall – winter charge applicable from 1 Sep – 31 Mar        £22 

Hall – summer charge applicable from 1 Apr – 31 Aug        £18  

Access to kitchen for refreshment preparation          £10 

Playing field             £10 

The following charges are one-off charges:

Returnable Deposit           £100  

Additional charge for unlocking and locking the premises for one off bookings      £35
