We have recently renovated the Grade II listed ‘5 Cottages’ building which overlooks our picturesque lakes. The cottages used to belong to workers who tended the farmland on the Pensthorpe Estate and, more recently, home of the BBC Springwatch crew and set. This beautiful building was in imminent need of total restoration having been derelict for many years.

This wonderful building is now the new centre for our offices, together with a superb new well-being facility, conference room, meeting rooms and an event and special occasion venue. We are an approved venue for marriage and civil partnership ceremonies. The picturesque and modern Garden Room & Water Court, within 5 Cottages, is also perfect for corporate events, mindfulness and yoga retreats, family parties, naming celebrations, renewal of vows, wakes and special occasions.

We also have a function room adjacent to our Courtyard Café, which is perfect for meetings and workshops.
