Availability: Available for hire...... Weekdays 08:00 to 18:00 Weekends 08:00 to 18:00 Evenings 18:00 - 23:00 The hall is not open on public holidays or bank holidays.
Hire Costs: Main Hall = £ 15.00 per hour There is a discounted rate for hires of 4 hours or 8 hours, and a reduced rate to hire the small coffee area only. Discounted rates for regular users, and Utterby Village residents, are also available. A £30.00 deposit at the time of booking by bank transfer for bookings over two hours is required (Regular users are exempt). The remaining charge can be paid by cash or cheque on the day, or bank transfer the day before the hire. A receipt of payment will be issued on the day of hire.
