About Wheatsheaf Community Hall
Wheatsheaf Hall is a Grade II Listed building in Vauxhall, London SW8. We offer two spaces that can be hired for meetings, faith groups, rehearsals, workshops, training and parties. We have three spaces:
Main Hall - very popular for weddings, parties, christenings, concerts and large exhibitions.
Small Hall - very popular for small meetings, exercise classes, music rehearsals, and as an annexe for large events taking place in the Main Hall.
Meeting Room - suitable for small meetings of up to 12 people, or for one-to-one coaching and teaching sessions.
We have a kitchen with range and fridge freezer, a dance floor, and a piano for hire.
Public Transport Links
It is ideally placed for public transport being a ten minute walk from Vauxhall rail and tube stations and buses stopping within one and two minutes walk. There is very little in the way of on-street parking locally. You can see the Lambeth Controlled Parking Zone Map here.
Grade II Listed Building
The Wheatsheaf Hall has been a community venue since 1988 when members of the local community leased the building from the council. It was awarded grade II listed status in 1975 and is run by volunteers.
