Three meeting rooms are available for hire:
Harding Room
Capacity 25 seated theatre style, 12 seated conference style and 9 tables.
Charges:
Community use £13 per hour
Commercial use £15 per hour
Equipment hire charges
Flipboard and pen £3.50
Interactive whiteboard £10
Please note 10% third party public liability insurance will be added to all bookings unless the hirer can provide a copy of their own policy.
Small Meeting Room
Capacity 4-5 seated around 1 round table
Charges:
BBF members - free for first 2 hours (small meeting room only)
Community use £5.50 per hour
Commercial use £8.50 per hour

Tardis Room
Capacity 8 seated around 1 rectangular table
Charges:
Community use £5.50 per hour
Commercial use £8.50 per hour
