About Harrold Centre
The Harrold Centre was originally built in 1901 and following refurbishment and extension in 2017 it is now a modern, bright and airy community space whilst retaining its character charm.
Rooms and facilities are available to hire for parties, weddings, meetings, performances and other events, with special rates for residents of Harrold, Odell and Carlton.
Connolly Hall seats up to 100 at tables, more theatre style. Complete with stage, integrated sound system, overhead projector and screen, fully wired lighting bars and acoustic wall panels.
The central Atrium is a social area suitable for smaller gatherings, parties and meetings.
A large and well equipped modern kitchen and bar (with license) with hatches into the Atrium feature two ovens, fridges, freezer, microwave, and high speed glass and dish washer. Crockery, cutlery and glassware also.
The Charles Pettit room seats up to 10 round a table and is ideal for meetings and discussions.
The Medical Room is equipped for medical and other consultations with desk, chairs, consulting couch, privacy screen and hand basin.
The village marquee is stored at the Centre and is available for hire. The marquee measures 6m x 12m.
The centre has free wi-fi, wheelchair access throughout, off-road parking, cycle racks and toilets including baby changing facilities.
