About Otterburn Memorial Hall

Otterburn is a small village nestled in the Rede Valley bordering the Northumberland National Park on the A696 just 16 miles from the Scottish border. The Hall itself was founded back in 1923 as War Memorial by the Duke of Northumberland.

Nowadays the hall is a central focal point for the community of Otterburn and the surrounding area, and in 2018 the Village Hall and Otterburn Parish Council worked closely to bring back a Post Office service to village due to the Post Office Closure around 2008.

The Hall is able to host both private and public events for up to 155 people.

The hall is available for anyone to hire, be it from Fund Raising Evening, Birthday Party, wedding reception to a Business conference room . 

We have two rooms within the Hall that are available for hire. The Main Hall and The Super Room, serviced by toilette's and a kitchen.
