The Lodge is already a favourite venue for many a group and organisation. A brand new facility opened in January 2020 it is a lovely purpose built and community designed building that offers a flexible space for meetings and activities for up to 100 people. The room is fantastically bright and airy with white walls and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in the natural daylight; we find it allows for great creativity and calm. The venue offers on-site parking and overlooks the cricket field at Keepers Green on Graylingwell Drive and has wonderful views to the south. The green and leafy open spaces of the playing fields can accommodate bouncy castles and gazebos for special events.
The cricket pitch and changing facilities can also be hired separately.

Availability: Saturday - Sunday 8am-11pm Term time: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm School holidays: Monday - Friday 8am-11pm
Hire Costs: £16.50/hour for – Voluntary groups and charities – Children’s parties – Services or activities working with CCDT residents – Public sector organisations and educational institutions £25/hour for – Private businesses – Commercial enterprises

Booking was very easy, one simple phone call. Thorough briefing given beforehand, shown the room and given a key. Easy to get to in central Chichester, large room with good acoustics for music, previous group vacated on time so we didn't have to wait. Space for unloading, parking is limited at New Park Centre but public car park very close and free after 8pm. Easy to set alarm and lock up, key deposited through letterbox afterwards. All very easy and will book again if we need similar accommodation.
