The hall and all facilities were beautifully clean and comfortable, and the arrangements for access and use were exactly as described. Our Astronomy Group met there for the first time on 14.9.12, and received many favourable comments from our members, eg "...new venue couldn't be better, good facilities, big car park, flat car park for the scopes , nice field next door and amazing dark skies." We have booked the Hall for our next 9 monthly meetings.
About St Dominick Parish Hall
The hall is located in the main part of the village, adjacent to
the school and playing field.
The hall is well equipped with toilets and a fully fitted kitchen including cutlery and crockery.
It is suitable for parties, meetings and club activities.
There is a sound system, chairs and tables.
Capacity - 100 sit-down meal; 130 concert
