If you are a member of a charity, drama/theatre group, fitness/yoga, martial arts, dance group, book/creative writing club or any other society or club looking to hire a hall for meetings, classes, lectures etc, we have a hall for hire.
We are a family-friendly social club, providing a welcoming, safe environment.
Our facilities include a stage, dance floor and seating for 50+ people. Access to a licensed bar providing a range of ales, spirits and non-alcoholic refreshments are available upon request.
The Club is easily accessible, situated in the centre of Ilford on the corner of Balfour Road and Thorold Road, within two minutes’ walk of Ilford station and close to local transport links (train, bus). We also have parking facility for 15-20 cars.
Groups must have their own indemnity insurance cover.

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The Club is open from 3pm, with the exception of Tuesday (2pm) and Sunday (noon). The hall is available for hire each afternoon. The hall is occupied on Thursday, Friday and most Saturday evenings from 7pm. It may be available to hire on other weekday or Sunday evenings. We are happy to hire out the hall outside of the Club’s regular opening hours, but this will incur a premium to cover the additional cost of doing so.
Hire Costs: During Club opening hours - £60 per hour Outside Club opening hours - £75 per hour
