Beaumont Leys School facilities and venue hire

From wedding receptions and anniversaries, to family gatherings and children's birthday parties, we can help take the pressure off organising your event.

We also have a number of rooms to hire for classes, including baby groups, cooking classes and fitness groups. We can help you with finding the right space for you. 

We can accommodate events for up to 400 people!!

We offer a variety of different spaces to hire; 

Large events for up to 200 people can be set up in our Main Hall, this is a lovely, bright, modern space. We can set up to 20 banqueting tables along with 200 chairs in the main hall and this is included in the cost of hire. You can also gain access to our Drama studio from the main hall which can be a great addition to your booking. 

We also have a spacious dining area available to hire, with seating for up to 200 people. Its brightly coloured walls, colorful photography, and beech wood table and chairs create a relaxed dining experience. This area is also a great addition to hire along side the Main hall to allow for extra space for larger events, both rooms have access to a shared outdoor picnic table area which is lovely during the warmer weather. 

Smaller events can be accommodated in our dance or drama studio.

We have a fabulous range of indoor hire space for sports activities; the sports hall has X4 badminton courts, hoops for basket ball, we can also hold birthday parties in this area. 

We also have a dance studio in our sports center, Our large dance studio is approximately 150 sq meters in size. With its high ceilings, climate control technology, sprung flooring and full mirrored wall with a dance bar, this is a perfect space for a whole range of activities, including martial arts, gymnastics, and dance.

If you would rather use our outdoor sports facilities these include; 11v11 and 9v9 field pitches and also a multi use games arena which is flood lit and can be used all year round, it caters for 7v7 or X3 5v5 football pitches, and also has net ball hoops and is a suitable surface for many other sports. 

We also have a number of classrooms available to hire, including our food tech rooms which would be ideal for cooking classes.
