About Upleadon Village Hall
A delightful hall, built in 1851, with bags of history in a quiet rural environment in the north west of Gloucestershire. The Hall is 44 feet by 18.5 feet approx (13.2m by 5.6 m approx)and is a comfortable and cosy venue large enough to seat approximately 60 people (or 100 people standing). It has 900Mbps (FAST!) fibre broadband with WiFi (courtesy of Gigaclear Ltd), a powerful audio system with CD/DVD player and projector, a fully equipped kitchen, off road parking and a skittle alley.
It is run by a volunteer management committee. Maintenance is funded from lettings, special events and occasional donations. The Hall operates as a non-profit making charitable trust and recently received a Hallmark Stage 1 Award which shows it meets all criteria in good management systems.
Anyone can book the Hall, which includes a (non-league) 9 pin skittle alley, for private use.
