On the day of booking, the fridge was not working, the oven was not working- only the grill worked, only one hob worked and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. An electric socket cover fell off and same said socket blew the speaker box we had for sound.
So many issues - I have pics of the cockroaches, but when complained I was told though not ideal it shouldn't have stopped the event going ahead! So was refunded £50 for not being able to use the kitchen. Informed that they do not monitor the facility, were unaware of the issues found. So they hire out facilities that they do not visually go and check out to ensure all in working order before a booking goes ahead. Was very unimpressed with the Conor's responses and lack of accountability. Would not recommend without a thorough check of premises before use that all issues are rectified before the day a hirer uses so not completely blindsided on the day. We had no time to make other arrangements and day spent finding alternatives means to heat food, keep the food safe from contamination from the roaches and alternative sound supply due to the failures of this venue and the management. I would say though, that the key holder was a lovely lady, very apologetic and helpful but little she could do to rectify the issues and service received
