About Bishopsbourne Village Hall
The hall was built in 1926, and subsequently named Conrad Hall in memory of the author who lived his final years in the village.
The major part of the hall consists of an auditorium equipped with 80 folding chairs and 14 folding tables, a stage with curtains and spotlights, and fire extinguishers at each end. To the rear, there is a kitchen, store room, and lavatories, including one for the disabled.
The kitchen includes a cooker, two refrigerators, microwave, coffee machines, two sinks, and a hand wash basin. There is also a first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
There is a small garden to the left side mostly taken up by a pétanque terrain, and the rear, and to the right, doors open onto the Neame Meadow, a grass area with playground belonging to the parish council.
There is no parking other than on the street.
