About Longstone Community Hall, Ludchurch
Our Hall is a recently opened Community Hall in Ludchurch. The building was an Independent Chapel, built in 1862 and had served the local community until recent years when falling member numbers led to the decision to involve the Ludchurch Village Committee in taking over the building and sympathetically converting it into a community hall.
With the aid of numerous grants and a lot of hard work, the Hall now has a modern interior with the character of the old building maintained.
Solar panels and Air Source heating, along with a high level of insulation, enables this Hall to be Green in virtually all aspects.
The Hall can be used for every type of meeting/function and has a small kitchen suitable for moderate needs.
Wheelchair access to all parts of the Hall is provided along with fully designed toilet facilities.
