Located in the heart of Central Croydon in South London, our unique listed building spans three floors of a former printworks, beautifully restored into an exclusive private events venue for hire.


With capacity to host between 3 and 300 guests, it is the perfect setting for a variety of events, offering complete flexibility across all floors.  Ideal for all setups including dinners, dancing, ceremonies and receptions.  Perfect for weddings, celebratory parties and events, baby showers, corporate events,Christmas parties and more.  Each floor can seat between 60 and 90 guests for dinner and accommodate between 60 and 150 for dancing (depending on floor choice(s).


Our venue boasts a late licence until 3am at weekends, allowing your celebration to continue into the early hours, and early starts for events involving a lot of setup.  Facilities include great sound-systems and other AV equipment, lighting arrangements, effective heating/cooling for your comfort and kitchen facilities for your external catering (in-house menus also available).


Featuring an industrial-luxe aesthetic, the space is filled with quirky features that add character and charm without detracting from your own event design, providing a versatile and unforgettable backdrop for your special occasion.

Hire Costs: Price varies... From £35 per hour for weekly hire, up to £150 per hour for a Saturday night.
