It is fully carpeted and comes with tables and chairs as well as an adjoining kitchen area, together with cutlery, plates, cups etc. Various items of new equipment including mobile whiteboard, air digital full size keyboard piano, mobile 65" tv screen, cabling etc, fridge/freezer, hot water urn 10L purchased Nov 2021.
Ideal for local community, church and business meetings, as well as fitness classes such as yoga.
Toilets also available as well as wheelchair access and heating.

Availability: Available every day and evening, including public holidays
Hire Costs: Currently hired for a morning session for $50 +GST Costs negotiable dependent upon needs of the group
