The Meeting Room is located close to Farnham town centre, just a five minute walk from the train station up the Tilford Road. The space for hire comprises of the principal rooms of a period Victorian building and can accommodate groups of up to 25 seated in the main room. Behind the main room is a further smaller meeting space which in turn leads on to the kitchen and bathroom facilities. There is a lovely garden planted with herbs, flowering bushes and fruit trees and features a quiet patio with seating area. We are a no smoking and alcohol-free site. We offer both one-off hirings as well as regular weekly bookings. Enquire for more information and our booking conditions.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Weekdays and Saturdays Timing: 9 am - 9 pm The building is accessible. It is all on one level, a ramp for access via the garden is available on request. There is an accessible toilet.
Hire Costs: Hire Cost for the Meeting House ground floor including kitchen is £15 per hour. • For one-off bookings, the minimum period chargeable for hire is 2 hours, payable in advance. • There’s a 10% discount on hourly rates for booking 10 or more sessions at one time. • If the entire ground floor of the building is required for an all-day event (6 hours or more) we offer a 25% discount on the hourly rates. • Parking is not usually available on site, unless prearranged, please enquire

I have started to use the QMH to teach the Alexander Technique from. It is important for the teaching space to be calm, easily accessible and to have good amenities; the QMH ticks all these boxes! I’m looking forward to using the space regularly to teach 1:2:1 classes, host workshops and evening classes.

My clients love coming to this peaceful place. It has a great atmosphere of quiet and calm and I like the fact that there is a waiting room and a practice room for clients. Excellent facilities: toilets and kitchen area as well as easy for clients to find. (close to Farnham station). I have booked it for workshops and 1:1 clients and will certainly be a return user!
