Spencers Wood Hall was built in 1911 and is run as a non-profit making registered charity. Our aim is to maintain and develop the use of the hall so that it provides a top-class facility for people in the local area, to be able to enjoy a range of activities and to enable private hire. Our vision is that Spencers Wood Village Hall continues to serve as a key part of our community, for the benefit of all residents.
The Hall is run by a committee of Trustees made up of volunteers from the local community and user groups. It is entirely self-funded, covering running costs through user fees.
Spencers Wood is ideally situated – less than a mile from Junction 11 of the M4.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: 7 days per week 9am until 12 midnight including public holidays
Hire Costs: Rate for one off hires Monday to Friday - main hall £20 per hour, Wellington room £15 per hour Weekend rate for one off hires, whole hall only - £35 per hour For regular business/club hires please contact us 07342 155977
