Fair Close Centre is a social hub for over 65’s and our large hall is available to hire during the evenings and at weekends (Sunday's from 2pm) which is ideal for parties and larger gatherings. We also have a smaller lounge area, ideal for groups/hobbies. We are based in central Newbury and there is limited free parking on site. Fair Close is a charity organisation.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Evenings, weekends (Sunday's from 2pm due to lunch at midday) bank holidays
Hire Costs: £25 per hour. We offer a discounted rate for charity organisation bookings and long term regular bookings.
