Our hall is owed by Girlguiding Hertford District and used as their Headquarters and weekly meeting for their Rainbow, Brownie and Guide groups.
Most of these groups run in the evenings , therefore we are able to offer our large hall, kitchen and toilets for hire in the day time and some evenings externally which will help us with costs towards running the Hall and keeping Girlguiding units running in Hertford.
It has a very large Hall with lots of windows and a wooden floor.
The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of toilets and a disabled toilet and access to the building.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The hall is currently has some availability during the week, Fridays and Sundays; and Saturday afternoons/evenings. Regular bookings are welcome. Girlguiding events take priority. NB for evening use - all events have mandatory finish time of 10pm.
Hire Costs: Main Hall parties cost £100 per 4 hours, morning, afternoon or evening plus £50 deposit required, to be refunded after keys returned/hall inspection. £22 per hour for (weekly/monthly) bookings NB you will be required to arrange Public Liability Insurance as a condition of hire
