The Honiton Community Use Building locally known as the CUB is home to 12 community groups. However, we do have some vacancies for daily, short- or long-term Hire. We have two large Halls one with a full catering kitchen. We are Honiton Community spaces, charity we took over running the centre on in 2021. We are gradually refurbishing it as the building has been neglected for years but it is still in use and warm, friendly with free parking and Wi-Fi. Great for kid’s parties, enough room for an indoor bouncy castle. We also have a 40-foot portacabin with full services and loo a quiet meeting room or classroom, being on the edge of our woodland it would also make a great forest or rural skills centre. All enquiries welcome.
We are a registered CIO not for profit charity. Room hire starts from £11 PH but the more sessions you book we can negotiate, we also help new community groups to start up with very low cost rates. Honiton is very central and has a railway station and good bus links.

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Vacancies in our main building will be available from April 1st 2024 Tuesday 12 till 6 pm, Thursdays 12 till 6 pm and Fridays 8 am till 10 pm. Our ground floor has recently been refurbished. First come first served as spaces go fast. Our Portacabin is freshly refurbished and we have vacancies Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 (shorter) hours if required Monday, Tues, Thurs and Friday evenings and all day Saturday.
Hire Costs: Medium and long term hire £11 with a minimum charge of £20 One off hire negotiable Bouncy Castle parties from £140.00 includes 5 hours hire of halls. Bouncy castle with slide £160 inclusive. Children's parties from £50 Cabin hire from £10 per hour and can include use of our woodland. New group start ups talk to us we will try and help with low rates.
