We had an amazing experience renting the Bester East Community Centre. The party went brilliantly and everyone was very happy.
The space is fantastic, very well organised, and has everything needed to host a high-quality event. Communication with Bea was excellent — she replied to emails straight away and was incredibly helpful throughout the process.
I would definitely use this venue again in the future and highly recommend it to others.
About Bicester East Community Centre
A new hall erected in 2024, with additional small meeting room available for separate hire, or hire the entire building. It has two toilets, kitchen, and furniture for use by hirers, plus storage for regular hirers. Parking and children's play park outside. Run by a volunteer committee, it has no bar or staff. Usual hire fee is £15/hour for one-off hirers, £10 for regular block bookings. Only £6/hour for the small meeting room (capacity 6-8 people). Prompt response to enquiries.
We welcome inspection visits prior to a firm booking.
