Bicester East Community Centre
Keble Road, Bicester, OX26 4TP, Oxfordshire, England
A new hall erected in 2024, with additional small meeting room available for separate hire, or hire the entire building. It has two toilets, kitchen, and furniture for use by hirers, plus storage for regular hirers. Parking and children's play park outside. Run by a volunteer committee, it has no bar or staff. Usual hire fee is £15/hour for one-off hirers, £10 for regular block bookings. Only £6/hour for the small meeting room (capacity 6-8 people). Prompt response to enquiries.

Availability: Up to 9 pm Sunday to Thursday, and up to 11 pm Friday to Saturday
Hire Costs: £10 an hour for regular hirers, £15/hour for one-off bookings, £6/hour for the small room only.

We had an amazing experience renting the Bester East Community Centre. The party went brilliantly and everyone was very happy. The space is fantastic, very well organised, and has everything needed to host a high-quality event. Communication with Bea was excellent — she replied to emails straight away and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I would definitely use this venue again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Used it for my jumble sale. Plenty of tables, and the echo subsided once all the people and things were in. Good to have the car parking close by to lug things in and out, plus the outdoor space under the glazed roof.

The hall is very spacious and bright, and the kitchen is really well equipped for catering a party. We had our daughter's birthday party there. It was great for all the toddlers to play and the noise was not bad with the soft play, ball pit, and other things in the space.

The party was very successful and the kids had a great time! The really was the perfect be venue and we were able to keep it nice and cool. The echo also subsided a lot once we had the soft play bits in and a few more bodies.

What a lovely hall. Our son had the best time celebrating his 5th birthday with his friends and family. Well equipped kitchen with everything you would need and the outside park is perfect. When booking the hall I had great communication and smooth transaction. Highly recommended for any occasion. Thank you so much.
