This is a separate building, located in Church Lane, Southwater - next to the Sports Club's cricket pitch. It has a large, open plan, well lit room with windows down two sides and doors opening out to an enclosed, grassed, garden area. There is a small kitchen to one side and toilets to the other.
The floor is smooth and flat vinyl. This is often used for exercise classes, children's parties, meetings and arts & crafts sessions.
Wi-Fi is included.

Also, comfortably seating up to 25-30 people with tables and chairs arranged accordingly.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, water jugs, wine glasses, glasses, an urn, kettle, saucers, cups, teaspoons, tables and chairs are available.
We recommend you bring table covers if you'll be using them for food or messy arts & crafts.
