The Malborough Village Hall and Playing Fields Association (MVH&PFA) is a charity whose aim is to provide facilities and a framework for their use for: •Physical and Mental training •Recreation •Social, moral and intellectual development The hall is licensed for the performance of plays, the exhibition of films, for sport, live and recorded music and dance. The association has a licence for the sale by retail of alcohol. The Hall and Annexe are available for hire. The Hall facilities, Large Kitchen, Licences and Free Parking make it an ideal venue for functions, parties, wedding receptions, badminton and a wide range of entertainment or meetings. The excellent sports facilities which consist of one full sized football pitch, two junior football pitches, a cricket square (including one all weather strip), and two tennis courts are also available for hire, for further information and sports bookings please contact John Jevans 01548 561841. Within the grounds owned by the charity there is also a splendid children's play area which was revamped in 2012/13 and also a Skateboard Park and Outdoor Gym area. A community wood, much used by Malborough School for their Forest School activities, completes the range of facilities on offer.

Thank you to all of those who supported our Scarecrow Trail over the May Bank Holiday Weekend. We made £1612 net profit which will go to Hall Funds and All Saints Church, Malborough. With 39 Scarecrows and 223 Trail Forms sold, the village of Malborough was buzzing and many enjoyed the delicious refreshments being served in the Hall each day.
