About Helperby Village Hall
The current village hall was constructed in 1999, and is located just off Main Street in Helperby. It's run by the trustees and members who are all volunteers. The hall, which is well used by the whole community, has two principal rooms — the Main Hall (16.5m x 9.0m), and the Waud Room (9.0m x 6.2m) — which house an extensive range of activities, including dance lessons, badminton, Keep Fit, Mums & Tots plus yoga sessions, watercolours and poetry appreciation groups. It also hosts Parish Council, Women’s Institute, christening and children’s birthday parties, dances, and wedding receptions, not to mention Helperby Beer Festival. We have a wonderful marquee that really turnes the hall into a fantastic wedding venue Please contact us to discuss booking our fantastic venue.
