The Oakroom is as inviting for coffee and papers in the morning as it is for a change of scenery to work from in the day. As day turns to night, our beautiful lounge is a fabulous setting for cocktails with the girls in the evening or a date night with that special someone.

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: 7 Days a Week We can accommodate 65 guests sitting or 85 guests standing with some seating available. · We have a fully operational bar with a selection to suit all tastes. · We are licensed for live music/DJ. We also have an AUX cable available for you to play your own music through our Bose® speakers. · Buffet menus, starting at £10 per person, are available.
Hire Costs: Pricing · Room hire is £150 for a half day / £300 for a full day with no minimum spend Sunday – Thursday · Minimum spend applies on Fridays and Saturdays · Fridays: Minimum spend £1,500 for a half day / £2,500 for a full day. · Saturday: Minimum spend £2,500 for a half day / £3,500 for a full day. · We require a £250.00 deposit Fridays and Saturdays which will be taken off your bill once the minimum spend has been reached (This fee is non-refundable unless you have provided us 90 days’ notice)
