Old nightclub that has been done up for the purpose of martial arts, yoga, pilates and a wide variety of potential uses. The space is 400m/sq and is parque floor with a stage to teach from including full wall to wall mirrors. There is an excellent sound system including microphones if required, and TV and projector screens for use if required (possibly for virtual classes or just to show content). The venue has a uniquely atmospheric feel with plants, pagodas, a bonsai wall and many oriental features. In the days there is plenty of natural light from large front windows and two very large rooftop windows; in the evenings there is an excellent lighting system that really creates an incredible atmosphere.

The venue is based in the heart of Lewisham high street by the clock tower at the end of the market, so location is as good as it gets for building an accessible class for all of Lewisham and surrounding areas

Capacity will vary depending on what you would be using it for, but this is a suitable size and layout for both big classes and smaller more personal classes, allowing you the possibility of growing your class from small beginnings to large established status
