The George Alcock Centre is a purpose built, multifunctional venue in South Peterborough, with excellent transport links to the city, Fenland and North West Cambridgeshire.
The Centre is home to a wide range of community led and private events, including weddings, family celebrations, children's parties, milestone birthdays, meetings, conferences, exhibitions and much more. Our Main Hall can accomodate up to 200 guests and our facilities include:

All events include set up, free tea, coffee, juice and water, licensed bar and use of shared facilities. Other services that can be provided at an additional cost are:

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Sunday to Thursday: 7am - 11pm Friday and Saturday: 7am - Midnight
Hire Costs: Hourly rates: £25 per hour (min 2 hour booking) Friday/Saturday evening (5pm - Midnight): £350 Day Hire (9am - 5pm): £150 Half Day Hire (8.30am - 1pm/1.30pm - 5pm): £90 Public Holidays: +20% Bespoke rates available for regular or multiple bookings. We operate a community offer on Saturdays (Midday - 4pm) and on Sundays (2pm - 6pm) at a reduced rate of £20 per hour (min. 2 hour booking). To take up the offer, you must be a resident of Stanground, Fletton, Park Farm, Cardea or Farcet.
