Minchinhampton Community Hub is a multi-purpose space available for rent for all kinds of events big or small. This includes birthday parties, sport events, club evenings, committee meetings, corporate events, religious events or just a space for a family gathering.
The Community Hub has two large rooms available to book - the Community Hall (formerly Youth Centre) and the Hub.
The Community Hall can cater for the following:
- 100 seated at tables
- 200 dancing only
- 100 closely seated audience
- A kitchen available for use
- Sports hall
The Hub is mainly used as a Community Gym but can be hired for children's birthday parties or smaller events when the gym is not in use. The space is suitable for up to 60 people.
There is also an astro-turf five-a-side football pitch with floodlights behind the building which is also available for hire.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The Youth Centre is available on all weekends and public holidays. On weekdays, it's available from 4pm during term time, and all day during school holidays. The Hub is available most afternoons from 1pm until 4pm as well as weekends and bank holidays. Current availability can be found on our website calendar.
Hire Costs: Current cost is £17 per hour for each hall including all time required for setting up beforehand and clearing up afterwards. The Astro turf costs £10 per hour without floodlights or £20 per hour with floodlights.
