A Beautiful venue to host parties for 300 guests and under (180 seated). The Venue is right next to Ascot Station and boasts its very own 200 space carpark. The Venue is perfect for Corporate events to Birthdays, Weddings and all Celebrations. The Drinks & Flair friendly events team can run through options with you for dry hire, dining packages with set menus, canapes only and drinks only packages for any occasion. We can accommodate whatever style of party it might be. We are already equipped with a dancefloor, lighting, sound system and a fitted AV screen for the all important presentations or images/ videos to personalise your event. We can also provide wait staff, crockery and glassware for your event. We can arrange DJ's and entertainment to suit your needs. A wonderful party space with everything taken care of.

Availability and Hire Costs

Availability: Our Hall is available for hire 7 days a week, all year round.

Hire Costs: Options 1. Dry Hire - £2000 Add on: Canapes £12pp for x5 canapes (2 hours) Buffet food £25pp (3 courses) Drinks only - Corkage £500 or £25pp Unlimited alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages - 6 hours of service. Option 2. Dry Hire plus food and drink - £1,500 plus per head (£40pp 3 course seated meal plus £25pp unlimited alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks) (options are flexible and the above can be customised to suit your needs)
