Lakeside Meeting Room at Nene Park

Lakeside Meeting Room is a unique venue for meetings and events situated within Nene Outdoors at the heart of Nene Park in Peterborough. It offers the ideal setting for parties and special occasions as well as group meetings, seminars and corporate events. 

With stunning views over Gunwade Lake, and access to a private decked veranda overlooking the water, Lakeside Meeting Room is a peaceful and calming location situated close to the A1 and just a 15 minute taxi ride from Peterborough train station.

A range of food and beverage options are available through our onsite catering partner and our room hire packages include free self-service tea and coffee. Complimentary use of our IT equipment, projector and screen is available depending on your requirements and the room can accommodate a number of meeting styles.

The room is fully accessible. There are accessible parking bays, easy access paths and facilities, an induction loop system in the room for visitors with hearing aids and an accessible toilet and changing facility. 

Prices start from £140 for half a day hire.

In addition, Nene Park can offer venue hire at the Discovery Den in Ferry Meadows, which is most suited to host children's activities, parties, training sessions and craft workshops. Our Lynch Lake Community Hub also provides a unique centrally located space available for small group meetings, public facing activities or as a creative studio space.
