The Main Event Hall
Description: The Main Event Hall! With its versatile and modern design, it transforms seamlessly to fit any occasion from weddings to parties. A sleek black and white checkered quartz floor, large private bar, exclusive VIP seating area. Our spacious stage is perfect for DJs and bands, and our state-of-the-art plug and play digital sound system (not for phones), projector with (HDMI) access, lasers, disco ball, and audio responsive lighting ensure a truly immersive party experience. The beautiful charcoal grey fabric walls with black accents around the bar, VIP area, and stage create a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere.
Amenities: Restrooms and disabled toilet available access, a large private bar with draught beer, spirits, bottled beer, wine, and soft drinks available, square and rectangle table layout, each seating up to 6 or 8 guests each. Ceiling fans and aircon available.
Capacity: Accommodates up to 220 guests standing without tables and chairs, or 140 comfortably seated at tables with access to the dance floor.
Tech Package: Access to lasers, disco ball and full lighting, digital sound system, acoustics, and a projector (bring your own device with a HDMI port). Plug and play system for DJ's

Additional Services and information
Buffet Service: A variety of buffets to specific events which suit all budgets and sizes including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. We also do in house sitdown meals and carvery service
Car Park: 80 car parking spaces. Vehicles can be left overnight but left at owners' risk. We recommend taxis or for people to travel together for safety and to help with car spaces and convenience.
Members: (YOU DONT NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO HIRE OUR HALLS) Club members get a 25% on all hall hires. (Cannot use friends or family's members memberships for discounts)

- Fully Dressed Package: Experience the grandeur of a fully dressed hall for the entire capacity. Whether it's the Annex with seating for 70 or the Main Event Hall accommodating 150 guests, ensuring a beautifully decorated venue, you'll get a 20% discount on dressing
- Exclusive All-in-One Event Package: The ultimate event experience with our all-encompassing package. You’ll receive everything from the Fully Dressed Package, ensuring the hall is beautifully decorated for the full capacity. Beyond that, enjoy the luxury of a dedicated event concierge to help you plan your event, a professional DJ to keep the dance floor alive, and choice of a sumptuous sit-down, carvery or buffet. Enhance the ambiance with a decorative balloon arch or garland, dazzling light-up numbers, and a glamorous sequin wall.
