About Lady Emily Community Hall
This is in the quiet village of Tarrington equidistant between Ledbury and Hereford. This was the old village school transformed into a spacious hall, with sprung floor, a bar area, a lobby where guests can be received and a large kitchen with a catering gas cooker and commercial dishwasher .Glass doors at the rear of the main hall open onto a paved raised terrace ideal for evening drinks for party guests and there is also an attractive front garden . There is a secure upstairs room for changing/ gifts. The sound system, stage, broadband and projector are optional extras.
This space has been adapted for easy installation of marquee linings - providing an 'indoor marquee' with heating, kitchen and modern toilet facilities all under one roof. Or it can be left unlined and decorated as clients wish. The whole of the ground floor provides access for disabled guests. At the rear of the Hall is a large, surfaced car park and a play area for youngsters. There are round or rectangular tables available as well as comfortable chairs. These can be decorated too. All our blue and white 'willow pattern' crockery and cutlery is included in the hire price.
The hall is licensed until 11.30pm for the sale and consumption of alcohol and for hirers to have live or recorded music.
