It has also comprises a bar, a kitchen (brand new) with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and sink (no hob).

It also offers a 3 acre field which includes the old cricket pitch (no longer in working order for serious cricket!) which provides plenty of space for activities and for free parking.

It's ideal for parties, picnics, weddings, sports events, yoga/pilates, car boot sales, book clubs, meetings, micro pub and so much more.
