Welcome to The Pavilion SW20!
We have a newly refurbished bar and lounge in Raynes Park, West Wimbledon that primarily is used as a rugby club bar but also hired out for events. It has a 5 TV screens, a long, original bar, grey, neutral colouring and a stage for performances. The area also has an interconnecting sports hall (pre-refurbished hence the lime green colouring) and has a large sports field and car parking connected to it. We also have a secondary cosy upstairs bar that fits 30 people and it has a balcony overlooking the large playing fields we have.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Mon : 08:00 to 00:00 Tues - Wed : 08:00 to 19:00 Thurs - Fri : 08:00 to 18:00 Sat - Sun : Available on special request due to the busy nature of the venue for the public domain but have secondary bar to accommodate them.
Hire Costs: Social space - Evening hire with bar 1-50 guests- £350 Evening hire with bar 51-75 guests- £450 Evening hire with bar 76-120 guests- £550 Hourly rate no bar £40 per hour Main Hall - Evening hire with bar 1-50 guests- £450 Evening hire with bar 51-75 guests- £550 Evening hire with bar 76-120 guests- £650 Hourly rate no bar £60 per hour
