Had a fantastic evening at frimley Green WM Hall. Hall is lovely large and bright and was just right for our party. Everything before hand was made easy down to viewing the hall, and the hall arrangements on the day. All the facilities were modern and clean. Both the bar staff and office staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would defiantly recommend the hall to anyone looking for a venue to rent, and wouldn't hesistate to hold future events here either myself. Also pricing was very reasonable and parking facilities were to hand aswell. Thank you to you all we had a wonderful evening.

I used this venue to hold a fundraising event. Julia allowed me the use of the room free of charge which I really appreciated as it meant we raised more money. I had email contact with Julia initially and then we met in person. I found her to be very helpful with helping me make the day a success. The venue is well appointed, clean, a decent size venue, well appointed bar and has adequate parking. I would certainly use again.

I used this venue to hold my sons 1st Birthday Party the facilities are great as we were able to bring in soft play equipment. The hall is very clean and modern. All of the staff were very helpful as we had the bar open and a buffet supplied, all at a cost that was very reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending this venue for any occasion. We will certainly be using it again.

If you want to be lose money than book a room there. Everything is ok and fine before you pay and after that nobody will know anything or told you so. We hired the venue for a children's Birthday Party and we didn't wanted the Bar but Julia told us that's no problem to bring Drinks and so on. We paid £ 100 deposit and again no bar no problem. We ask how long can we stay and they told us until 8pm cause then the cleaners will go in. So we hired the room for a day and a daily rate of £ 150 and we got the room from 12am to 8 pm...not really a day but ok. Cause in the morning they have another group in there and I think we payed for them as well. After we paid in total £ 250 we got told that we can't have the deposit back cause we brought our own drinks and we left it dirty and I got a very nice email that there is no negotiation.... perfect Business strategy I have to say....

Hi to all you readers.  I am Julia the person referred to in this review.  I would like to confirm that as this was a child's 1st Birthday Party the request for no bar seemed reasonable I was aware that food was being provided and as for drinks it would be presumed soft drinks would be available.  As mentioned previously no bar was required (this was offered to them again by my colleague on several occasions as I was not working at the time due to sickness). The people holding the child's birthday party decided to bring in their own alcohol which is not something we permit, and when approached by a member of staff they were very rude.  The room was also left in such a bad state.  We have had numerous parties and occasions held in this room and there has never been one which was left in the condition that this was.  The time constraint of 12am to 8pm normally would constitute a day, not sure why they seemed to think this was an issue, surely a child's first birthday party would not normally be within this time frame.  As they had breached the terms and conditions in more than one way, the deposit of £100 was not refunded.  This has been the only occasion in two years since this hall has been available to hire that a deposit has not been refunded.
