VENUE HIRE

We welcome all types of meetings and events in our spacious main hall, including conferences, theatre, musical performances, exhibitions and family celebrations such as birthdays or weddings. We also offer a variety of smaller spaces for more intimate and informal events or meetings. 

Visitors are enticed to our quiet Scottish village because of the wild landscapes, fresh sea air and access to the great outdoors – all in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. Guests spend time hiking in the mountains, kayaking to secret beaches, strolling through local woodland, enjoying mountain-bike thrills or taking ferry trips on the infamous Loch Lomond. We are also located for easy onward travel to the Highlands and Islands.

Our light and airy contemporary hall, combined with the breath-taking scenery helps boost creativity, stimulates a sense of freedom and combats stress. Why not take time out and encourage new ideas, innovation and focus?

We are delighted to welcome you to our wonderful community space, and we’ll do all we can to support your event or meeting to be a success. By using our hall, you’re also supporting the local community.

Our Main Hall can accommodate up to 100 people seated at round tables, 150 people seated in rows/theatre style or up to 200 people standing.

The large Front Meeting Room can also be split into two smaller rooms with a soundproofed dividing wall.

The Classroom is ideal for smaller meetings, and the space is also available empty for use as a therapy room or small studio space(for example, it has previously been used for 1-1 yoga sessions).

The Office has a desk and chair as well as two easy chairs –the perfect space for a lone worker or for a 1-1 meeting.

WEDDINGS

Create your perfect wedding day in our beautiful Highland location within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. We are nestled between Loch Long and Loch Lomond with views of the stunning Arrochar Alps.  Plenty of amazing photo opportunities to achieve your dream wedding day memories!

There are plenty of choices when it comes to the ceremony. We can host your ceremony in the Three Villages Hall or surrounding outdoors space. If you choose a religious ceremony, we have the village Parish Church or the Catholic Church.  Or you could choose to have the ceremony up in the hills, on the jetty or on one of the local Cruise Loch Lomond boats – Tarbet pier being just 5 minutes-drive away. 

Main Hall

Our Main Hall is light, airy and modern and because it’s a blank canvas, it can be dressed and personalised to suit your style and theme. It can accommodate up to 100 people seated at round tables. 

You can dress it yourself or bring in suppliers.  Whether it’s a rustic or vintage theme or a traditional Highland affair the hall can accommodate – from ceilidhs to tea-parties and from hog roasts to barn dances – see your wedding dreams come alive! 

Acoustically designed with a professional sound and lighting system, the Main Hall has a dedicated stage for entertainment, with plenty of room for dancing and merriment! 

The Three Villages has a welcoming reception area and a smaller second function space, both can be used as a quieter space for families with small children or older guests. We also have a locked office space which is often used for present storage.  

The kitchen is well equipped for you to self-cater or bring in external caterers – the choice is yours. 

We can offer a licenced bar or you can choose to offer a free bar stocked by yourselves or hire in a licenced mobile bar. 

Outdoors, we can offer a small number of tables and chairs if the weather is fine to soak up the views whilst enjoying canapes and cocktails. 

Function Room

Our intimate smaller Function Room has direct views over the Loch and surrounding mountains. The space can be easily dressed and a small cosy feel can be achieved to create something really special. 

All additional facilities are included, including the kitchen area, reception space and lockable office room – without the added expense of hiring the large Main Hall. 

We are flexible and will listen to your requirements; we know your day needs to be perfect, that’s why the cost includes full access to the hall from Friday evening through to Sunday lunch time so you can make sure all the finishing touches are in place.
