Berkhamsted Quaker Meeting House

Our Berkhamsted Meeting House is a perfect venue for educational classes, groups, workshops, meetings and social events - the space includes:

• Light and airy main hall for hire with wifi, Bluetooth-enabled wall-mounted short-throw projector with speakers for presentations and films, parquet floor, gentle lighting (via dimmer switch) a piano, and hearing loop
• Separate room with tables and chairs and serving hatch to kitchen
• Fully-equipped kitchen
• Two separate toilets, one of which is accessible 
• Attractive walled gardens to front and back.

Our beautiful Georgian meeting rooms will suit the following:

• Meetings, courses, lectures: audience up to 50 persons (in seated rows)
• Social events - we have two large, enclosed gardens as well as our indoor space, so plenty of room to enjoy
• Dance/music/exercise classes
• Baby and toddler classes
• Workshops such as crafts etc
• Please note we are not able to accept bookings for children or teenage parties
• Due to the size and layout of the hall, it is not possible to book rooms separately. All bookings include use of the entire hall, and the garden if required.
