About Venue Space Hire
Venue Space Hire is a well presented and beautiful Venue suitable for:
• Wedding reception, engagements
• Birthday party, baby showers
• Seminars, coaching, trainings, business meetings
• Workshop, concerts, exhibitions, drama, acting, theatre sessions
The venue features:

A large hall with a stunning arched roof which can seat up to
100people. The hall contains a stage and a grand piano. The hall is set
up with DMX-controlled theatre and general lighting, programmed for up
to 20 scenes and NEW wooden flooring; (21m * 11m)

Overhead projector and screen
• A smaller hall which can accommodate about 30people with wooden flooring;(8.5m * 5.5m)
•One Meeting room with a calm ambience for meetings of approximately 15 people; (5.5m*4.5m)
• A new kitchen with opening Hatch to main hall. (3.2m*3m)
• Additional:-
1. Table (round and/or rectangular) and chairs are available upon request;
2. The centre is designed with Wi-Fi;
3. A convenient car park is adjacent to our hall as well as good transport links.
The nearest tube station is New Barnet, buses No 326 or 307;
4. Facilities for disabled and vulnerable (modern disabled toilet, disabled access, hearing loop);
5. Own catering allowed for parties.
No smoking is allowed within venue.
Prices for regular user like Yoga classes/ballet who use the hall every week:
• £30/35 per hour for our big hall just for regular user.
• £25 per hour for our small hall or meeting room just for regular user.

Prices
for parties (One-off event) start from £600. The exact price will
depend of the hours hired/quantities of people/the date of the week/the
type of event and many other factors.
In price will be included:
1) 10 new round tables (for 8-10people per table)
2) Rectangular tables which can sit up to 100 people
3) 3 small square cake tables.
4) We provide 120 red banquet chairs free of charge.
5) Kitchen for warming up and serving the food
6) 4 pendant speakers/PA system for background music
7) DMX-controlled theatre and general lighting with “mood lighting” system

**Table covers and Chair covers can be available with an extra charge**.
White table covers - £15 per cover

The small upper hall can accommodate about 20 people with wooden flooring. (8.5m * 5.5m)

The meeting room downstairs:
- Business meetings - for up to 13 people
The price will include: setting-up/decoration/clearing time
Event manager will be on the site to assist you throught the event.
