The Community Space at Calverley Old Hall is available for community groups, businesses and individuals to use for regular or ad hoc events, meetings, creative workshops or talks.
The space is available to hire between 10am and 8pm, seven days a week, for a maximum of 25 people. It can be hired on an hourly, half day, full day or recurring basis. Your hire time must include all set up and pack down time required for your event, and access will not be possible outside of your event start and finish time.

- Five tables and 25 chairs in the main room.
- Kitchenette equipped with two kettles, a fridge, small plates, mugs, water glasses plus cutlery
- W.C. with accessible features
- Wi-fi is available
- Large screen with HDMI connection cables
- Two bicycle racks
- One parking space, ideal for unloading and loading any equipment. There is ample free on-street parking available in the local area. Please park considerately for our neighbours, and ask your guests to do the same.
- Access to the Community Garden is included, but as a public access space it is not part of your exclusive hire.
- The main room is approximately 8.2m x 4.8m. The kitchenette is 2.3m x 3.2m. The W.C. is 1.9m x 1.4m.
Accessibility
The whole space is on the ground floor and is accessible for those with limited mobility or using manually operated wheelchairs. Further information can be found in our Community Space Access Guide on the Landmark Trust website.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The space is available to hire between 10am and 8pm, seven days a week.
Hire Costs: Core rates: Hourly: £25 per hour. Half day: £50. Full day £80. Discounts available for local community groups, not-for-profits and charities, or recurring bookings.
