SwayBar is a luxury multipurpose venue located in the heart of London, just a two-minute walk from Holborn tube station. With its plush interior, state-of-the-art sound system, and efficient air conditioning, our venue has a total capacity of 1,250 guests across various zones. It is the perfect space for any special event, whether you desire to rent the entire venue or just a section of it.
We specialise in bringing private events to life, including birthday parties, Christmas celebrations, wedding receptions, networking events, ticketed events, and club nights. We also host fashion shows, corporate bookings, and a wide range of other events. As long as it's legal, we are committed to adapting our venue to meet your event's unique needs.
From afternoon brunches and launch parties to live music events, we have the facilities to accommodate them all.
With three floors, our venue offers natural diversity. The basement area serves as the main space for dancing and provides a club-like experience. The ground floor is ideal for social interactions, featuring options for speeches, stalls, 360 photo booths, chocolate fountains, and other bespoke elements you wish to include in your event.
Your event will be the centre focus of our venue, and we will tailor everything around your vision. Simply share your ideas with us, and we will ensure they come to life.
Our dedicated team will work closely with you to ensure your event is crafted to your exact preferences. No request is too challenging. At SwayBar, you will take center stage, receiving first-class service throughout the planning process, during your event, and even afterward.
You will be assigned a client experience manager who will serve as your consistent point of contact from the beginning of your event planning journey through its completion. You can rest assured that the same person will guide you every step of the way.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Open 7 days a week, we have a late night licence until 3:30am, 3am bars close.
Hire Costs: Bespoke pricing based on the budget and the requested date. We often have a venue fee plus a min bar spend on top. The venue fee covers the cost of providing the space, staff and security/operating the venue, the min bar spend is an expectation of bar sales from the guests you bring for your event / the zone/ space you want to use for your event. Pricing is dynamic and subject to change based on availability and demand. We are open and transparent about pricing and will often give multiple options so you can use the space you want for the best value. With that said, we are a premium venue, in central London, with a high demand so pricing will reflect this despite being affordable, for a premium venue. The availability also reflects this, so please feel free to contact us to enquire about availability as soon as you'd like to do so as it is always subject to change.
