About St Augustine's Community Hub
The Hub offers attractive, flexible spaces for hire. It is run by St Augustine’s Church with a cooperative ethos for our community.
Our clients include small businesses, statutory organisations, interest groups and individuals.
Hirers benefit from the use of a catering standard kitchen, fast and free Wifi, excellent transport links and a large car park.
Our Large Hall is(11.15 x 9.2m, approx102m2) is ideal for conferences, large meetings, exercise classes, functions and parties. It has a serving hatch to kitchen allows for flexible catering options, seating for 162 people (theatre style) or 80 (at tables), a stage area with curtain offers options for live music, comedy and amateur productions, and retractable blinds for flexible use in daylight.
Our Small Hall (7.45 x 5.35m, approx 40m2) is a great choice for smaller meetings, training sessions and exercise classes, break-out groups or team brainstorming sessions. There is seating for up to 40 people (theatre style) or 30 (at tables) or 17 in a training setup, and retractable blinds for flexible use in daylight.
Our Meeting Room ((5.2 x 3.6m, approx 18.7m2) is perfect for small team meetings, interviews or consultations. Low chairs and coffee table with seating for up to twelve people and wall-mounted HDMI display. Retractable blinds offer privacy if required.
